The Prespa Park Co-ordination Committee (PPCC) and its Secretariat were established to coordinate the actions in the area of the three countries.

Following the entry into force of the Agreement in 2019, the operation of the joint bodies foreseen under the Agreement started in 2021. The joint bodies working for the sustainable management of the Prespa Park Area include:

• The Prespa Park Management Committee (PPMC)
• The PPMC Secretariat
• The Working Group on Management of the Watershed (WGWM)
• The Working Group on Sustainable Tourism (WGST)
